Took many days to actually get to the interview section of the application process. But once I landed the interview it was very smooth and reasonable expectation were set. The questions were relatively simple with some purposefully difficult ones to test your knowledge of customer service and such.
The interview process was positive. I was told about the job and pay range and I had the opportunity to ask the questions I had. I was asked to describe a time I had to show empathy to a customer and how to stay positive in the workplace when faced with difficult challenges.

detailed and efficient. friendly staff and informative to any questions. sat with current employee to get a feel for what you will be doing and then began the in person interview process.

The interview was quick seamless and gave a strong idea of the workload.
They didn't properly informed if they had positions available, so it leaves much to be desired. I probably wasn't what they wanted when they saw me past my resume sadly, don't waste 8 hours driving if they won't compensate.
