Entrevista
The recruiter was very nice and scheduled me for an interview the next day after meeting with her at my campus. Once I called her and answered a few questions. she immediately connected me with her manager and I answered a few questions from that manager. Withing a few minutes she scheduled me for a in person interview. I stopped at this point and decided to pursue further studies. But the process seemed very straight forward and simple.

Name a time where you did not agree with your supervisor or manager decision. What did you do?
Very lengthy process, multiple rounds. They hire from within IF there’s open spots that you have to do prework for. This prework is so crazy, I doubt they even read it, and end up giving it to someone in one of their management programs anyways

There was a panel of interviewers with their own questions, business forward, results driven responses. Time managment and results focused are the primary goals the hiring team was looking for.

The process can be very intimidating is you’re not used to the corporate environment. However, if you’re truly about your business and can speak to it—you’ll be fine. This job requires a lot but they pay you well, so it makes sense. Be sure to network so that way you’ll grow and learn how to maneuver the corporate environment.
