Applied online, received an email to take a personality quiz, then following the completion of the quiz I received an email to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview is simple and essentially they just ask about availability and some questions about your previous work history. If all goes well, you are offered a face to face interview. I arrived at seven among 9 other people. We were given a call center simulation test and a typing test. Those who did not pass were escorted out. The rest waited for their face to face interview. The interview took about 45 min and it consisted of STAR questions. The hard part was the role playing at the end. I was told I would receive a call within a week. I was there for a total of 4 hours, I put a lot of time and effort into preparing for the interview and the interview itself and I NEVER received a call, or even an email. If you expect people to invest that much time into your company, at least have the decency to give them some feedback.
