Over Zoom, there was a first round screening and then interview. About 11 or so questions. After the interview, they get back to you with a decision. I found out the decision same day and began the onboarding process.

A customer has an issue with their claim and needs help. How do you proceed or tackle their issue?
Three phase process. Usually hired within the company. Sometimes they hire out for TCRI. Which is what my interview was for and I was an outside hire. You get interviewed. Then I had to sit with someone and watched. Last step was a second interview.
Miserable. They have you pretend answer calls and fake file papers. Fake deal with disgruntled customers. For like 4 hours. It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. In the first day of training everyone laughs about how miserable it is. Do not recommend.

I interviewed for the position and could immediately tell that I was not going to get the job. I could instantly tell I was not liked. I was called the wrong name and was not given a fair opportunity.
