Did a phone interview, it was very brief.
scheduled a face to face interview, went in, and took a pre employment computer test, if you do well with that you talk to HR which I did. She asked me a bunch of questions and then asked if I had questions. She said now I'm going to take you to the next step which was role playing. The give you papers with 20minutes to read you act like you work for another insurance company she goes out of the room and calls acting as one of the people on paper. after that I got more questions and she said I would hear from her in no more than 2 days. I literally just got out of the interview so I'll be waiting

There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
