I applied online and the next day I got an email saying that I should call and set up a date for a computerized skills test. The test gives you an idea of what you would be doing if you are hired.I set up an appointment to take the test. During the test, you are giving headphone and you are required to listen to a fake phone call or read emails by customers and fill out a form as accurately as possible. you are suppose to have learnt what each tab contains and fill out the information in a limited time. I also did a typing skill test and a personality test. These last two test wasn't that bad but the test were you have to fill and type in the customers information was pretty confusing to me. After the test, I met with one of the hiring managers who called me into his office and told me that I did not pass the computerized test and I should try and apply in 6 months. I thanked him and left. I felt a little bad, but hey you wins some and you lose some.
