Very quick hiring process. (3 weeks)
1.) Applied online via GEICO.com
2.) Phone interview with recruiter - basic informational questions, a few behavioral questions/leadership questions
3.) Assessments at the office - typing test, personality test, phone call/data entry management test (not especially difficult)
4.) In-person interview (after passing tests) - friendly conversation/discussion on career goals and experience with department head I would be working under

None; all questions were basic informational/behavioral/goal questions.
Everything was alright according to the predefined script sent to my email in advance. Also HR manager was cool about some of the misunderstandings I have made during the said interview. I rate it 10/10
It was a Quick phone screen with Human Resources. The representative Asked standard interview questions. Took me about 30 minutes. Received an email after with a decision after the interview.
Applied through handshake, phone interview about my interest, then I had a video interview with 4 members of management. Easy and quick process. All took about a week and a half. *If your applying for the internship make sure you tell them that you are interested in insurance even if your not and do your research on geico
