Applied online. Got a phone interview next day. At end of phone interview I was offered an in person interview. You got in as a group to begin a with and take a typing test and stimulation test. Keeping calm and focusing help a lot. They separate they passed and failed persons. It was semi discreet on who passed. They you interview with an hr peron. If you pass you move to a role play simulation. They gave a great explanation and time to prep. Then if you pass you move to actually shadowing and actual person performing job and interview with department hiring manager. It is a long process and can take up to all day at minimum a few hours. Overall really great experience everyone was nice. Sometimes job is offered right then and at times they call you in a few days once all candidates are interviewed. Don’t be afraid to ask question about job or things that you witness during shadowing. People who you shadow with typically are top of the department and very willing to answer questions as well or ask them too.

What are some experiences in which you had to do team work?
Interviewed with 1 person and then had a second round with 2 people. They asked many of the same questions. They were very nice and helpful when I asked questions about the company myself.
Interview process went rather well although we had to change a few times
During the interview they were open to us asking questions and seem to answer in a sincere manner
