Apply, personality test, phone interview, computer skills test, in person interview, role play situation, observe, manager interview, then get offered the job and complete drug and background screening. The role play part was the most difficult and where I felt most insecure. Be polite, empathetic and listen amd don't focus on the paperwork so much. They wan to see you relate and deal, not necessarily know all of the facts yet (you are given 8 pieces of paper on a fake company and 20 mins to look it over, and then answer 3 calls from your interviewer). I've learned from friends that have interviewed in the past, that at the end of the interviewing steps, if they inform you that you will be emailed with the next steps, you more than likely did not get the job. They make plans then and there for your next step if they plan to hire you.
