I originally submitted my resume in a database for a conference I was participating in. I received an email outlining the program, requested a response on if I was interested and asked to set up an interview. The first interview was behavioral/situational questions and two to three technical questions. I heard nothing back after this interview so I decided to send an email asking if there was going to be any correspondence following the first interview. I was then contacted to set up a second interview. This interview wasn't too long at all, about an hour. She asked situational questions and asked questions about things listed on my resume as well as questions about classes I took and how they related to the program. I am putting no offer because I haven't received another email regarding the next steps of the interview process. My last interviewer stated that I should find out if I receive an offer in the next week, so we will see.
