Application followed by online exam, then a phone interview/screen lasting about 15 minutes. I was invited to the call center for additional testing and an interview. That visit lasted about 4 hours. I was told I was moving forward with the hiring process and was invited back the following week to shadow a current employee and interview with managers. The 2nd visit was supposed to be less than 2 hours but took almost 3 hours. All total, I spent 7 hours on-site for this position.

There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
