Entrevista
The process took about 3 weeks. Applied online and took the first test along with the application. The next morning I received a second evaluation. After successfully completing both tests I was notified I was being moved on to the next stage, a 30 minute phone interview. This is more of a screening, they ask you the interest in the position and what you know about the role. They go over the training dates and your availability. At the end of the call I was told I was being moved on the a second phone interview. I was scheduled for 2 weeks later. This interview is more difficult, but all the answers should follow the STAR format. At the end of the phone call I was told I would be called by the end of the day if I was selected or I would receive a rejection email. I had to sweat it out all day and was called around 5 PM to schedule an interview. This is the most difficult part of the process, it's the roleplay exercise. I know for a fact I made mistakes but I believe they expect you to since it's a lot of information to process in 30 minutes. But stay confident, if you make a mistake don't let it get you down and stick to the script. They want to see how you handle yourself. Finally, I met with one of the managers and after more questions I received a conditional offer upon successfully completing a background and drug test.

Tell us about a time that you had to deal with an unhappy customer
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
