It started with the application, moved to a phone interview, then a computer test, then another phone interview before the final in person interview. The main concerned seemed to center around the low starting salary.

Very scripted phone interview. Did not give many opportunities to explain how I would be a great fit for the company or the role. Have 2+ years of experience in insurance but that did not seem to matter. Seems like I only got the initial phone screening because of the experience and my transcript. This starts out as a claims role and you do not get to take part in any supervisory programs until you have "mastered" the claims role (which could take a good amount of time).
