First I sent in an application online. It was comprised of a personality test. Simple, but time consuming. I was called very quickly (within the next day or so). They asked easy quick questions about where I worked in the past and job gaps. I was scheduled for an in person interview. First came the computer tests and the typing tests, which I passed with flying colors. I was chosen for the roleplay, which worried me the most. You're put into a little room with lots of papers and little time to look over them. Just use the highlighters and pen to circle/note the info you think you will need the most and stay calm. I passed this and they scheduled me to come in another day for the shadowing on the job, which I also enjoyed. Then I was brought to interview two managers of the floor. They seemed to really like my answers then left to talk about it. When they came back I was expecting an offer, but instead they offered to walk me out and I knew then in my gut I probably didn't get the job. They told me I'd be hearing back from HR in a few days. Lo and behold today a rejection letter. I have no idea what I did wrong for them besides maybe not asking questions when they asked if I had any (they had been answered by my first interviewer) and my past retail/food industry experience. I don't think I'll be reapplying in six months.

I aced the computer-based test. It was stuff that I knew from my years in retail. During the first interview, I was told that they could not find a manager for the second interview and excitedly told me if I did not hear from them to call them Friday of that week. That day I was sent a denial in an email and was frankly disappointed that they got my hopes up for a second interview.

Entrevista
Very long interview process. After applying you are invited to do a personality test and run a simulation program to test multitasking. You are then scheduled to do a phone interview that lasts about an hour mostly focusing on what you would do in hypothetical situations and previous work experience. After this, you are scheduled for a role-play interview online which can be very tricky and definitely the hardest part of the interview process, try to read the documents provided thoroughly and take notes. After that you do a video interview with a hiring manager answering further questions. I took me about 2 weeks but you can theoretically schedule everything in the same day.
