I interviewed for the management development program focused in sales. The interview focused a lot on what to do when you can't help a customer and how to handle that. I was also asked questions on how to tell an employee that they are not performing up to the necessary standard. It wasn't that difficult but definitely prepare stories regarding difficult customers and employees that are not learning the information. She was clearly reading from a card, but this is only the second step in the process. Also, be prepared with questions afterwards.
