Phone interview - informal from the hiring manger. There wasn't a HR screening. , 3 days later in person interview. 7 people in a row (50 mins each). Sr. manager, managers, peers. It didn't seem too long when it was. A little disconcerting saying the same stories over and over. I believe they make a decision that day when they all group together after the interview. It went smooth, but I was a good fit. Linked-in helped me get my name in the door.
