There were 2 rounds of interviews for Aviation and they were a combination of behavioral, situational and IQ...the focus was around industry knowledge and demonstrated leadership skills in multiple situations.
The in-person interview round was fairly laid back and the atmosphere of the work environment was very professional and friendly. People were very nice and approachable throughout the day.
