I got my interview through the career fair and it was set up for the next day. It lasted about 45 minutes with three employees from GE Aerospace. They only asked behavioral questions like why I’m interested in GE Aero, a time I had a team confrontation, and questions about my past experiences. It was pretty casual and felt more like a conversation. As long as you can talk about yourself and your experiences, it’s not too difficult.
