A long process that took over 2 months (Screening phone call, video recorded interview, zoom interview, and final in-person). Made it to the final interview that lasted 2 days, one day of property walk-through and a day of interviewing in 3 breakout sessions against 15+ candidates. I was ghosted by the company for 2 months until they made a decision and declined to offer.
