Had a total of 3 rounds 1st round was good and was taken by a senior QA which was online. 2nd round was taken by some upper management person who asked mostly on agile. He had his own dictionary of definitions and wanted answers only from that. Everything answered was wrong to him as it wasn’t in his books which he had referred to. He asked sooo many questions on agile and at the end I found out that they don’t even follow the agile process. I didn’t understand the point why he was fixated upon agile so much when they don’t even use it. They had asked me to come down to office and this person had not even showed up , ended up taking a virtual interview from their office that day. 3rd round was again taken by some person from management who simply explained about the process of work. Finally didn’t receive any call or email even till date on the interview. Upon calling the HR he said they are going ahead with other candidates . There was no email communication at all on the interview even till today.
