First round involves apti and algorithm tests. Need to come up with algorithms(not programs) for some standard questions. Next one is a psychometric test and finally three rounds of interview. In the first round they test ur management skills by presenting a case and asking u for solution. Second one is a technical round. It involves some basic questions in C and C++. Also testing ur coding skills. Third round is a puzzle round.
