Submitted my resume at a college career fair, interviewed with recruiters at my campus, and then was invited to the site itself for a second round. Typical STAR questions with several hiring managers during the second round; was also given a tour of the site and found it very informative.

Interviewed for the quality engineering position, And I can say it was one of the most fun and enriching experiences I have had in my college experience. If you're considering quality, GAF is a great place to start, as they're willing to help you learn as long as you show interest in them and their work. Their interviewing process is more of a formality to get to know the students and see if any of the hiring managers make connections with them, so try to connect with the managers and be yourself!

In person interview at the factory. Interviewed by the entire office in a way where I switched rooms ever 20 minutes to talk to someone else. They reimbursed me for the gas and miles to drive to the interview.
