I sent my resume in because my skill sets are normally in high demand for these types of businesses. I immediately got an interview. The interview was more telling me what they wanted me to do for them if I come on board. Then stating they need to move some people around to get me into the role they want. From the beginning I was looking to advance my career and they seemed to be a great place to do so... But thinking back there were no crucial questions. It was basically a "let's take what we can get" type of scenario, and although I blew them away with my skills and knowledge in my time there, they low balled me on salary with 4 revisions of my contract before I finally got what I asked for.
