I was part of a mass group interview. There was about 100 people split into 10 groups and each group had 2 interviewers. You basically introduced your partner for one section to the group and in the second section you are handed an envelope where you are given a scenario and asked what you would do in that situation. There was also a basic English comprehension test and basic xray test.

I went in to the main office for the group interview where a basic English competency test was administered. We then waited for 1 on 1 interviews in which general interview questions were asked. I will not disclose the questions, as I do not remember all of them, nor do I want to disrupt the natural interview process. All I will say is that they were friendly and made the interview painless and minimized any pre-interview stress I may have had.

it was a group interview with scenario based questions and role play acting...the more you speak up about previous experience and skills you've acquired, the better your chances are to get the job
