Several steps, first a test, later an oral interview. Got rejected on the second stage, so don't really know how it looks like further. Interviewer was nice, whole interview lasted about an hour.

The process was fast ans smoothly.
The interviewer was really kind, but unfortunately I did not got the position, I wasn't prepared enough.
