Interviewer seemed unprepared. Absolutely no follow-up even after reaching out with thank you and status check messages. It's beyond frustrating that companies still leave interviewees hanging. Even a rejection letter is better than nothing. Not having the courtesy to acknowledge someone who has taken the time to interview with you is very telling about the kind of company it is.
