I applied for the role online and received an email from HR within two weeks to schedule a phone interview. After that, I was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager via Zoom. During the video interview, the hiring manager administered an impromptu assessment that was not mentioned during the HR phone call or before the video interview. Overall the interview process was pretty standard minus the impromptu assessment. Some other firms provide candidates with a heads-up.
