First selected by a recruitment company, followed by 2 stage interview at the headquarters. Job descriptions written in a strange way, difficult to understand, sounding like it's a very difficult job.

Entrevista
Had a first stage screening call around 2/3 weeks after online application, screening call was around 30 minutes. They ask about why you want to work there, what are your strengths and what you know about the company. Then within a week you find out if you got to the next and final stage which is an hour long in person interview, where for me, there was two managers interviewing me. In this interview they ask more about your past experiences whether that was at university or previous work experience, also ask more questions about yourself to find out about your personality so they can gauge if you will be a good fit for their team. It was an enjoyable experience, when in the interview the interviewers are very friendly and engaging. Plus they are very helpful throughout the process, if you have any questions just email them and they reply back quickly.

Entrevista
The overall process went by very quickly, from application to final interview result took around one month. Future schedule everything very soon after each stage so you won't have to wait around too long to hear back. The first stage after applying online is a quick 10 minute phone call screen where you are asked some basic questions and are informed more about the role itself. A few days after this call I was invited to a teams call with the same person I had a phone call with where they ask you some more questions about yourself (strengths and weaknesses) as well as what you know about the company. Within a week after this call you will find out if you get to the next stage which is an in person interview with 2/3 managers at the office in Egham. The interview was very relaxed and the managers were very friendly and engaging, this lasts an hour on paper but for me went on for one and a half hours. This goes very quickly and is an enjoyable experience. I found out a week after the interview about the result over a phone call with the person you first interacted with when doing the screening call. The overall experience was good and they are very helpful and clear, if you have any questions you can just send an email and they respond swiftly.
