The interview process alone took over a month which consisted of extensive interviews, background checks, reference checks, and phone screening. It is not even a high paying position either which the employer make it seem. The first interview took over two hours with two separate interrogation questions from both the owners from different rooms. They called for a second interview a week later to go to the place of business yet again another extensive questioning from both parties over two hours in separate rooms which were repetitive and redundant questions from the previous which seemed they completely forgot about the first time I invested in the interview. After those interviews they messaged a week later and still wanted reference checks. After the references were called a week after, they called on the phone for an hour interview to ask yet again more questions. Even after that, they wanted to do a background check. At the end of all this, they rushed me for information while I waited on them for a month yet was not patient with me. They are confused and don't know what they want. They are very picky. I was strung along for a long time. I had to re-confirm with them later on what they really want and had to ask again what the benefits were because the first interview was not clear and they did not know enough. If you are in an urgent need of a job, then this is not the place for you.
