      The Women who was interviewing me, got my name wrong twice before calling me by my real name. Then final interview, one of the gentlemen looked disgusted when I said I was being made redundant (Studio Closed Down) and looking for a new job. The process was quick, 3 interviews but never met anyone who would have been on my team, which seemed weird. How can you get a job when never meeting someone you'd work day to day with. The interviews were with leads of other disciplines.

      The Fusebox interview process was positive with no issues on my end. The turnaround on waiting for an offer after my interviews was really quick. There were quite a few times I had asked extra questions outside of the interview process. Head of people and the COO were quick to get me answers and also scheduled an extra interview with me to make sure I felt all my questions had been answered. It was something I greatly appreciated. I had three rounds of interviews altogether. The first was a 1-hour interview with the COO and Head of Production and Development. This was a discussion about my experience with production and how I would handle certain scenarios. We touched upon the culture of the workplace with a focus on DEI. The second interview was with the Head of People and the Head of Growth and Marketing. This one was much more focused on the culture and again how I would handle any pivotal moments within the team. There's a clear focus on the team and culture and they are quite honest when asking them any questions about DEI. My third interview was with the COO and asked more questions that I had about the company and all were answered well. Discussing salary and any extras was quick and to the point with them getting back to me within the same 24 hours. Onboarding onto the company before starting has been easy with all information sent out beforehand.
