Recruiter made a point of highlighting they're on video calls up to 9pm and work weekends, also that the Head of Talent had left to spend more time with family (unsurprising if the working hours is true) After feedback became a week passed due date I withdrew from the process, Talent function falling very short of good.

The process was fast and the internal recruiters were very responsive with feedback at each stage. They gave a great overview of what Fuse Energy does and the success over the last 4 years, who the key stakeholders are and the hiring plans over the next few years.
