Consulting the potential customers and introducing them to new collections . Payment procession and inventory. It was great to work in international team . They were lighting up the work days . Management was quite competent and understanding .
Overall, it was very nice and relaxing. Just some simple question and role play. The HR was nice and the hiring and interview process was so smooth and easy.
Interview took a very friendly tone. Mainly the HR was interested in product knowledge of the brand and your working attitude. Attention to detail , customer service questions with examples were given for you to imagine the certain situation with a customer and answer how to handle the conflict or misunderstanding. I felt comfortable answering them and got a job.
