Well organized and structured interview process, set expectations upfront. Made it to the phone interview but did not get past that round. Interviewer was kind and courteous throughout the discussion.

The interview process is very upfront and straightforward - no surprises and plenty of information provided to prepare adequately.
Starts with phone interview and then will move to a Zoom interview with ultimately a mock sales call.

The first step was a phone screening with recruiter. Basic questions to see if you are a good fit. This was about 30 mins. Then a Role Play interview with VP of Sales, which though I was nervous, I became pretty relaxed with the interviewers calm nature as well as coaching. This was about an hour. Panel Interview with Sales Management team was last and they were pretty relaxed as well. Felt more conversational than interview-ish which I really appreciated. This was also about an hour. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process from start to finish. It was longer than I had done in the past but that did not necessarily bother me. I understand it's important to hire the right candidates.
