My request for feedback got ghosted, which is very disappointing after putting so much time and effort into the whole process. The hiring process for this specific role had 5 stages. I've done 4 stages. The first round was a call with HR. The 2nd one was with the head of finance (who was very easygoing). The 3rd round was a test assessment (cohort analysis and revenue forecasting). The 4th round was with a data analyst. I thought I did pretty good. I'm a little bit disappointed that I've got an AI generated rejection email and no feedback after requesting one.
