One of the worst experiences so far having been interviewed. Lack of humanity side and extensive process. Also didn’t give any feedback. This hasn’t happened only to me but to few people I know, even technical leaders so it seems you have to be a genius to get in.

1. Wonderlic test (50 questions in 30 mins) with a behavioural assessment.
2. Around 11 questions about the tool (cursor) how you use it.
3. Test challenge building a quiz app using cursor, explaining in a 60 mins video how you use it, methodologies, agentic workflows, so on…
There's an interview stage via a call with an HR representative, and then you need to access an app to conduct recorded interviews. The call stage is just a brief explanation of the hiring process, desired salary, and your skill set; it's very quick, and there's no opportunity for you to talk about your experience.
