I had a phone and in person interview with the hiring manager. They went well and he followed up with an email asking when we could connect and discuss the opportunity further. Then in a bizarre 180 both he and HR cut off all communication (I sent a couple emails and called). They also do 'testing' as part of in person interviews that are completely unnecessary and demeaning. The HR lady hovers over you and treats you like a middle school student taking standardized tests. I would've been willing to overlook that if they had treated me with more respect from a follow up and communication standpoint. If this is how they treat and communicate with prospective employees, I'd hate to be an actual employee.
