The interview went well overall. I started with a brief introduction and then answered a few questions about my experience and skills. The interviewer seemed engaged and asked follow-up questions. It felt like a good conversation, and I left feeling positive about it.

Comfortable and engaging, wanted to gauge attitude and energy. Ability to communicate well with others. Must genuinely want to be apart of changing the food system for better. Some have had the experience of being asked to pitch about something they're passionate about to convince the other person.
