      Process included initial screening, COO call, case study, live performance exercise, and CEO call, making the interview lengthy, repetitive, time-consuming, and excessive for a non-executive implementation role with unclear expectations.

      The interview focused heavily on case studies and live performance-style problem solving rather than practical, real-world implementation experience. There was a strong emphasis on “thinking on the spot” instead of understanding how the role actually functions day to day.

      Hey COO of Fulfil here, thx for the review. I agree, 4 weeks is far too long to get to a decision. We've made process changes internally to ensure that we're able to get to a decision with any candidate that is actively interviewing with us within 2 weeks (or faster ideally). Admittedly, for the role of the Implementation Consultant there can be a fair bit of ambiguity day to day, so the exercise is intended to operate like a true day in the life. On that front, we've updated our career page to reflect "What it's really like to work at Fulfil" so candidates are aware up front. Thx again

      HR Screen, then moved onto the inperson meet where you join a virtual call with the team and then the quick chat with the CEO. CEO is a poor excuse of a man, you can tell within the first 2 minutes his large ego makes anyone working under him an instant hell. He's his own biggest fan.

      Sharing a quick word of caution for anyone interviewing with this firm. I was contacted directly by a recruiter (I did not apply) due to my ERP background and was fast-tracked into an interview with the Director of Professional Services the same day. During the discussion, I raised several fundamental questions around their business model, delivery approach, and ERP strategy. Unfortunately, leadership was unable to clearly address these points or provide convincing answers. That alone was enough for me to decide it wasn’t the right fit. If leadership can’t confidently explain or defend their own operating model, that’s a red flag in my book. I was told I’d hear back the following week, but after three weeks of silence, it further reinforced my initial impression. Just a heads-up to others in the ERP space: do your due diligence. There are far stronger firms, leadership teams, and ERP platforms out there.

Your feedback was also reviewed with leadership to ensure that every candidate has an opportunity to ask questions (by allocating sufficient time during the interview), in order to learn more about our business and how we operate. We've also grown our Talent team to ensure that anyone that interviews with us, receives an update regarding their candidacy within 5 business days of meeting with us.
