The interview process took around a week—HR Interview, Technical Interview, and then Management Interview. I didn't receive an offer since I was not able to emphasize my previous call-handling experience. I think this role is heavy in customer call handling.

There are 3rounds 1st one is aptitude then 2nd is technical round and last one is HR discussion whole process is smooth we can get result in just one week
Primero se contactaron por llamada telefónica donde se hicieron preguntas básicas y una pequeña descripción del puesto y la segunda entrevista fue por teams con los que serían mis jefes directos donde se realizaron preguntas más técnicas.
