Very simple and direct.questions focused more on personality and how do i resolve problems. Other thing theybasked a lotnwas my priorities and how did i deal with clients. They really want to know more about you rather than your specific past and skills.show you are interested and thats a good first step

Got a call from one of their representatives. Only got in a initial interview so it's on the phone. He asked first to tell me about myself and what i did in my previous company. Was told that they have an opening as a service desk but declined since I'm looking for a security related position
