After I handed in my resume to them in a career fair, they emailed me with 4 c++ programming questions, mostly about refactoring. I answered them and they emailed me back for an interview. Interview was both technical and behavioral. I received an offer asking to start as part time which I could not because of my studies so they accepted that I join after my graduation.

Everything starts with standard presentations, then they describe the structure and scope of future work, and ask if there are any questions. There were only a couple of questions from her and they were basic. Next are technical questions about knowledge of the programming language.

First there was a quiz, then assessment centre then an actual one to one interview. In the assessment centre they mainly assessed team work and contribution then in the interview it was more about you.
