I submitted my resume, transcripts and a well done cover letter through the school career services website and was selected for an interview at the school. There were two interviewers, one was a recent graduate and the other one (later I found out was his boss and mentor) was leading the interview. It was very informal and they talked about the company and the environment almost as much as I talked about my skills, etc. The position advertisement was not very detailed, and they were aware that most of the applicants didn't have a whole lot of info aside from the general company website. They interviewed in a few other schools and two weeks later I received the rejection letter.

It wasn't the kind of interview where they ask you lost of hypothetical questions, instead they expected me to talk about myself and I really felt that they especially wanted me to show them how much I wanted the internship
After submitting the resume, Human Resource will contact after a few weeks. Only one stage interview with the hiring manager. In my experience, the interview was conducted online, around 30 minutes.

Mostly on project management questions. Your Japanese speaking skills are tested as well as the interview is conducted in Japanese and English. If you have experience working in Japan is an advantage.

Very hard interview,, loads of technical scenario based questions and one must really be able to expand and apply their experience to answer. However, the interviewers were really nice and the interview was enjoyable

It was smooth and interviewer was calm and patient. They asked questions regarding SEPA, SWIFT, payment system, sql. Roles and responsibilities. CSM, Target2, BACS, CHAPS, ISO20022, ISO15022. Explain your typical work tactic for a project? What makes you the right fit for the business analyst position with our company?
