Very straight forward...Was told about the demanding nature of the job...long hours, etc. Was asked about past work experience, especially working with teams. Was also asked to talk about my life, hobbies, educational experiences etc.

Just simple Questions on Yourself and technical. two parts HR and Technical basics. after that there was and English test and IQ test. very simple interview and they will reply within 2 weeks.

I was invited to the office in Aberdeen for a one on one interview with the operations director and some one from HR. The interview lasted about 2 hours and was not very easy. A few technical questions and the dreaded tell me about yourself.
