The phone interview process was pretty straightforward; the HR person I talked to was very nice, and asked me to come in the next week for an in-person interview. It's a beautiful office in a great part of the city, can't complain about that. But the interview itself was a nightmare. The guy interviewing me didn't once look up once from his phone, and instead of talking about the job itself he just asked me technical questions that had nothing to do with this position, and if he didn't like my answers he would just cut me off and say I was wrong. He left little time to ask questions at the end of the interview; I got to ask him a couple, and he answered them by just talking about how great he was. I later heard tell that Fueled has got some "arrogant" people working there. My exposure to the company was admittedly limited, but I couldn't agree more.

Entrevista
Applied through Glassdoor, received an email a couple of days later to set up an initial phone screen. At the end of the phone screen I asked for the pay range. The recruiter gave me a very low number, to which i replied that that was too low for me. The recruiter said that we should stay in touch for future opportunities, but didn't sound very convincing.
