The process was quite disjointed, the team I was interviewing for changed several times (from new business to account mgmt and back - then multiple team leads within the ultimate team). This dragged out the process, meeting ultimately irrelevant people, and started to show me the disfunction. As several others have mentioned the interaction with the recruiter was just...off. Disinterest, strange flow to the "conversation", etc. After every answer there was a 3 second pause and then "okay, thank you for that" before more silence. Nearly everyone had turned over on the account mgmt team - which was brushed off as them not being "dedicated" or "a good fit". When we got down to numbers it was significantly below market and the other benefits did not make up for it!
