Worst ever. No discussion nothing. When they don't want to hire anyone they should not call candidates and send them home simply. Utter waste of time, money and energy. The consultancies and the companies are not in sync. Pass wrong information and impact on candidates. The hr says they looking for immediate or 15 days notice. If the profiles are processed and informed by consultancy cant they mention about this. We ourselves will reject such desperate people.
