The recruiter was friendly. That’s about it. The rest of the interviewers are borderline antisocial. One of them expects me to do factorials in my mind! Right at the beginning he made the comment “since you do not have outright managerial responsibilities in your current role, that pretty much disqualifies you.” Ok, a very nice start; then why continue the interview? Why waste time asking me to do factorials in my mind? How is being able to do mental math relevant to the job? This goes very much against their advertised philosophy of being collaborative and caring.
