3 phone interviews. 1 face to face interview. The phone interviews were pretty standard. They asked about background and sales experience. Most of the discussion was to see how you could handle yourself on the phone as this is 100% inside sales. Very standard questions. Only 'test' they gave was a script that they wanted you to take home and read. You then sent a copy of the recording to them.
