I was invited for a 30 minute screening call with HR, then an interview with the journal managers.
2 weeks post-interview I was told I was unsuccessful in my application, but HR will keep me in their CV library and keep me up to date with any roles I may be interested in.
I applied for another position in which I would be more qualified, and was invited for 30 minute screening call. Upon letting HR know that I was happy to do another, but have previously had one with somebody else; they straight away let me know I was unsuccessful for this other role with no explanation and no further questions.

I applied for this job which was originally called "Growth and Outreach Specialist" but was suddenly changed to Journal Development Specialist. Got a reply from HR within a couple of days. Had a screening call for thirty minutes. Was asked by HR to answer the Predictive Index (PI), which, according to her, would "not affect the outcome of my application, but only assist them in making adjustments in handling my application." A few days after the screening call, and after being given the impression I was going to advance to the next round, I suddenly got a rejection letter. Turns out that they didn't like my PI scores/answers and that it did, in fact, affect my application. When asked for feedback, HR did not reply. Honestly, after reading Glassdoor reviews, I might have dodged a bullet.

Applied online and then got an email to book in a screening interview with HR - very friendly, generic questions ~30 minutes. Then few days later, I was emailed to attend an hour-long interview with journal managers over video call.
