The process was thorough and well done. I interviewed with the Director and the VP. The question were the same for most Account Manager/ Business Development jobs. My background had over prepared me for the interview and it was very easy to overcome their line of questions.

They used a third party to do the contact me so it was hard to do follow-ups. I wanted to know more on benefits which is the reason why. It also seemed like they were desperate to fill this position so I am scared it will be hard ot grow within the company.
